About this event

Join Pei Chai for 75 Minutes of Yoga Flow followed by a Soundbath infused with crystal singing bowls, planetary gongs, chimes, and much more.  Arrive exactly as you are and leave feeling all the bliss and lightness.

Pei's signature Immerse Restore class will have you easing into a yin yoga inspired experience that focuses on stretching, spinal release, breath work, and ends with a relaxing Soundbath.  Immerse Restore also incorporates Aromatherapy to enhance and cleanse our Auras.  A closing circle will take place where we will have time for self-reflection and journaling.  Float out of this class feeling all the bliss and relaxation.

Mats and blocks are included - provided by KOU Studios x Half Moon.
Tea will be provided before & after class.
