You will activate your body with pārśvottāna series - a dance between active posterior stretches, complemented by more intense passive stretches of the back of the body. Feel relieved and energized.
Embark in this harmonious flow to cultivate body awareness while finding tranquility in the mind.
After the practice, stay to share a healthy brunch, made by your teacher Adriana. Nourishing your body and sharing with the navakaraṇa kula (community).
Class is 90 minutes followed by brunch..
