HarryIsaac ~ took a Deep Soul Dive into the world of Health & Wellness the last 3 decades and received training in Shiatsu Therapy(RST), Holistic Nutrition(RHN), Reiki Level 1+2+3, LaStone Therapy(LST) & Ceremonial Cacao. He’s a Certified Oxygen Advantage® Functional Breathing Instructor & completed Certification for Breathwork Teacher Training for Individuals, Couples & Groups with Jon Paul Crimi. He completed a B.Sc in Biology from Dalhousie University, worked at the Holistic Therapy Centre in Vancouver and founded the Whole Health Clinic on Bowen Island. These days his passion & focus is breathwork at his private practice Embody Breathwork in Halifax, NS.

Risto Duggan ~ Active Yin is a targeted mobility training that combines functional movement exercises with long held Yin poses. The 3 Sequences are set up to unlock stiff shoulders, hips, and hamstrings. Using a 4:8 breathing technique ( 4 count inhale nose : 8 count exhale mouth ) we tap into the parasympathetic nervous system, turn down the stress response, and release muscle tension.Risto will be drawing from all 3 Sequences For this event to give a full body experience.

David Yates ~ is a musician, performance artist, movement teacher, counselor, and facilitator. He has taught for the Victoria Conservatory of Music and Concordia University of Alberta, and recently performed for Lou Harrison House in Joshua Tree. David began learning didgeridoo in 2009 with his teacher Shine Edgar who learned from elders of the Noongar people in Australia. From there, he branched into the realm of sound healing and sound journeys while working at Gandharva Loka, the world music store. There he began weaving a collection of other sound healing instruments into his repertoire, and he now plays for a wide range of sound, meditation, dance, and yoga events in spaces throughout Vancouver and beyond. His live instrumentation includes the didgeridoo, handpan, native flute, fujara, kalimba, gong, singing bowls, mouth harp, and more.

Breathwork Considerations - Please read carefully
In consideration of being permitted to participate in any way in Breathwork, as well as any related events or activities with Harry Isaac & Embody Breathwork, I hereby acknowledge, understand and expressly agree as to the following:
Breathwork can lead to an intense physical and emotional release. Therefore, it is not advised for persons with:
• History of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack
• High blood pressure
• Glaucoma or retinal detachment
• Osteoporosis
• Recent significant physical injuries or surgery
• Severe mental illness
• Seizure disorders or neurological conditions
• Use of major medications
• Personal or family history of aneurysms
If you fall under any of these categories, we strongly advise against participating in breathwork. Pregnant women are also advised to consult their primary care physician before practising breathwork, and individuals with asthma should bring their inhalers and consult both their physician and the Breathwork class facilitator.
